1. Description of Our Community
The National College Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi is located in Radauti, a small town in northern Romania which is part of the historical region Bukovina, famous not only for its kind and hard-working inhabitants, but also for the breathtaking sceneries you will find here. It provides a tremendous environment for learning and extracurricular activities.The students are very united and manifest a high civic spirit, taking part in several volunteering projects. Another thing that defines our community is the good cooperation between teachers and students, this being a significant factor on increasing the teenagers performances.
2. Summary of Our Project
Our project is a technological platform which is developed in order to 1) provide signifcant information about Bucovina in an unique and ingenious way 2)arouse people’s curiosity about this corner of heaven which deserves to be recognised for its breathtaking beauty given by the marvelous landscapes and welcoming locals 3) compile precious information which is described from the perspective of actually citizens of this region.(memebers of our team,others members which were involved in thee creative process) Given the fact that this platform is developed by youngsters,would society agree to support this idea? Young generation should try to promote the beauty of their country in any possible form,in their free, time as a sign of gratitude for their homeland,and contests such as this are the perfect opportunity. Apart from the aims mentioned previously, this project is also focused on spreading awareness around people which are not proud enough with their roots,and consequently they prefer going abroad. We have to promote our values and treasures not to disconsider them in order to create a brighter future for our country.

We made a chat group on Messenger and Discord to keep in touch with each other whenever we had no time or possibility to meet together. Our teachers also let us use the computers from the computer science class to complete our study progress.
4. Problems We Had To Overcome
During the process of gathering information we had several difficulties on interviewing the appropriate people.Pieces of information from our project were hard to find online so we managed to find trustworthy sources only from specific people.After long moments of research we found the right persons to answer our questions and give us an insight into minorities’ traditions. Also,the number of the computers from our school was not always enough because we had to work during other students’ hours. (after the programme ends,our computer science class is closed). We did not see this as obstacles to our propose, but as a way to overcome our limits.In some situations we had to improvise and face the unknown,thing which contributed to our personal development.In the initial stage of the project, the process took most of our time.We eventually found out that the lack of efectiveness is caused by the lack of teamworking.Our group segregated the tasks at the beggining, but during the creative process we decided to work together .This was the idea which caused an evolution in our brainstorming and the moment which enabled us to strenghten the ties among team members.The key of every project is represented by teamwork.Without understanding and connecting to each other we would not have mananged to bring this study to an harmonious result.
5. Our Project Sound Bite
We are delighted about the experience that we had during our creative period,and at the same time we are proud to be involved in such an amazing project.All team members are satisfied with the final result of their work and find it appealing for the worldwide internet users.
6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?
We learned how to work in a team and how to distribute equally our tasks for a better final result. We also learned how to use online resources effectively. We used Messenger and Discord to communicate , Office Word 2013 to write the information, Google Cloud Storage to store documents, organize web page layouts, HTML to build the body of the website, CSS and Java to make it interactive. Using online learning is indeed more effective than traditional methods. When we encounter a problem, we can use the Internet to find multiple solutions. There is a lot of information on the Internet as well. Most of our information is collected from online websites and summarized and It is also a disadvantage when choosing this approach.The information may be misleading,but in this case we assured that it is correct and we doublechecked it by asking experimented people. Language: Our native language is Romanian but for this project we wrote the information in English,this being a condition for this contest. The persons we interviewed were speaking Romanian too so we translated their answers.
