1. Description of Our Community

Local specialties are affluent in Qingchuan, many organic products are growing with the unique region, and become a worldwide brand. These green products are high-grade great-tasting food. Because of the undeveloped economy and information technology, numerous traditional products are unknown. In order to let more people all know the Qingchuan specialties, we selected the topic of Qingchuan specialties as our webpage-making project. Facing many products, such as black fungus, mushroom, bamboo fungus, gastrodia elata, honey and Tohu, team selected Tofu as the research theme after discussing.

Because it is the first time to make local specialty, team members are very confused, I do not know how to start. In the time Qingchuan's many special product characteristics has nearly lost. The rise of the small town tourism, aroused many industries development, Qingchuan tofu earned a reputation. After the analysis and guidance of the teacher, we read the relevant information, search the Internet, and informed staff communication, collect information, prepare fully for the project, after several in-depth search at farmer’s home to experience tofu production process, making us master the process of producing tofu. After 50 days of team cooperation and efforts, at 17:00 pm on November 20th, we successfully completed the entries. Remember the 50 day bit by bit, full of initial hesitation, hardships, and difficulties in production, technical problems and disputes between the players...... But look at our own works; everything becomes so harmonious and beautiful. Thank for this opportunity, so that we can get exercise to improve the school life, let us understand the importance of teamwork, let us know that there is a difficult but proud of the story behind every successful thing. 4. Problems We Had To Overcome

First time, on the journey to collect folk customs, we went to Qingxi old town from school by bus, it suddenly began to rain when we set off on half an hour. Views were rained, and the road was no good; it was rough and full of holes, we arrived at Qingxi after having a very rough trip. Local beekeeper took us to a private bee gardens, it was a long way up to there and the road was muddy because it rained. We had a hard time on our way. Difficulties in interview: It was our first time to carry out social practice out of campus. We had no experience in interview, didn’t know what kind of people were suitable for asking question, and very tense, it made interviewees suspicious of us, they excused for declining to be interviewed. Coming back, through our summary and study, we took the prepared questions in the second time, we had a generous and friendly communication with local residents, and we felt gratified that the effect was very good. Production difficulties: Because it is the first time to participate in, project production process arrangements are not reasonable, such as because we didn’t determine the site columns, so we didn’t know how to make the data and interview records, classification was not in order, causing great distress.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

“Nothing is difficult to the man who will try.” When we are faced with a challenge, we have no cowardice, even though we are shy and timidity. We are excellent in building website tasks completed with our plucky attitude and team collaboration. Thanks to this platform, let us go out of the school, take the knowledge into practice flexibility; thanks to this project, let us get exercise and rapid growth; thanks to two teachers, we successfully completed the project and benefit from a strong team; thank you, let us feel the a powerful force of unity and cooperation.
