4. Problems We Had To Overcome

Difficulties in Field Trip Conducting the field trip for the first time, we were not very familiar with the route, a few times teammates detoured by going wrong road, and with difficulties, we finally came to the legendary Qiaoyu Cave, and because the scenic spot was still under non-stop development, we could only go to its outer circle area for the first time without collecting too much material. With this experience for the first trip, we communicated with local heads with effort, and finally, we were allowed to enter the further places in the attraction, and we use cameras to record what we had seen and heard. Difficulties in Interview During the first interview, our teammate could not go to the theme in the interview at the villagers' home, because we did not understand the local culture and customs, and the villages were also doubtful about our visit, unwilling to offer relevant information to us. When coming back, with our further study and summary, at the second time, we brought the prepared listed questions, friendly communicated with the local villagers , and as a result, it turned out to be very fruitful, which made us feel comfortable. Difficulties in Making In daily learning, we had known every software, but did not use them systemically, and we were not skilled in integrated use of several software, with the teacher's guidance and demonstration repeatedly, teammates' self study constantly, finally, we came through these difficulties.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

'Read thousands of books, and walk thousands of miles', though this project didn't make us walk thousands of miles, it made us walk out of the classroom, not only enjoy the wonderful artical excelling and great power of nature of nature, but also brought the baptism to our body and mind, and the whole process benefit us enormously for our whole life. Thanks to the opportunity given by the project ,thanks to the patient guidance of the teacher, which made us, growing up in the mountains, feel the charm of tourism, see the 'beauty of hometown, people and people's heart', longing for the changes at our hometown in future. We also wanted to 'good good study, day day up', did our own contributions to our hometown's beauty.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

There were relevant courses at school: OFFICE WORD 2003, Photshop, FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc., we had studies these courses separately without systematic application by integrating all of them. And the project of Digital China gave us a great opportunity. This project was not only a test of professional knowledge we have learnt, but also an exercise of our writing, communication and interview skills, made us realize it was very important to apply what we had learnt flexibly and to explore further, strengthen the knowledge. Although in the process, there were difficulties and constantly test, we finally completed the project with the teacher's encouragement and guidance by studying with heart and checking materials.
