Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

Yumeijen pregnant clothes tourist factory is located Banqiao District , New Taipei City Center. Taiwan is currently the only facility in the urban sightseeing.'Front shop' is the factory setting is the mainstream tourism development. 2. Summary of Our Project

The topic has been declining birthrate importance of social issues in Taiwan, there are many causes. For example :high childcare costs?life stress leads to low fertility or infertility wishes. And we want to know , 'Yumeijen ' is how to use their ingenuity through low birth rate crisis, then let the garment industry continues five years. Also want in-depth study of how the ideas into practical DIY experience, make us a better understanding of the process of maternity clothing, and their hard entrepreneurial journey. 4. Problems We Had To Overcome

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

During the learning stage in the elementary, junior high school, 'life education' has become an important teaching theme. For younger children, it can let them know the importance of their own lives; For young people like us, understand the source of life and respect for life. 1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

Related media associated data collection visits, thematic studies and field visit, organize the information and complete the interview subject. Yulule went sightseeing Yumeijen maternity facility site visits and interviews with relevant staff, and finally problem with the results presented and discussed. Among these, we use many devices, For example: cameras, mobile phones, etc. to record the interview process. Members who were making most of the use of spare time at school, at home, we will make some minor modifications

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

After visiting, I deeply felt those manufacture who faced the society changing. They may bread-up at any time, but they make efforts for existing. They struggled, offered new ideas and thoughts, just for providing customers feel better if they put on Yumeijen’s clothes. Yumeijen turned into the tourist company that was the best propaganda for their products and for people interaction. It’s not only to experience the harsh of a pregnancy woman, but also an advertisement of their products. It’s amazing to let me know all the operators intentions.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

Maternity is the first piece of clothing a life before I was born, In addition to focusing comfortable fit, more important is the quality and stability of every pregnant woman's identity. Through this study, we further explore the characteristics belonging to the moved to Taiwan. More committed 'to the case studies, teamwork, field visits, surveys and other ways to access, explore local humanities and the environment, and the use of Internet as a communication tool for expression.' made the production target Through interviews with creators calendar messengers and related workers,questionnaires, etc., understanding in-depth of native Taiwanese, and things, and combined with the use of the Internet, aggregated and noted the development of Yumeijen let the old brand intimate story of Taiwan doesn’t look the same as presented to us.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

Visit to the Yumeijen, where the partners have a amiable smile, it is a loving tourist facility .at the first a guide who is the similar age to us who explain the internal environment of the plant and equipment. She also asked us, why would chose to come here to do this research. I said, this is actually discovered by accident. One day tutorial class, the way to go home and see the Yumeijen index. The teacher wants us to decide the subject of a study, so we decide the subject. Then we visit, the General Manager, tailor master and super nice guide- Fang Fangt (the staff we contact), Through close interviews, we talk joy! There is no pressure to do research, and I think this is the project to give it our learning outcomes. Also expect 'Time comes and pregnant shifts 't he birth of this work, they make you feel warmth and moved.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

After this interview, I deeply feel that they are facing a lot of social problems, or even a crisis, there is always closed, and businesses trying to survive, do not bow to concede defeat uphold the spirit of non-stop struggle, new ideas but not the same as, or transition into a new look, just to allow consumers to wear their own clothes manufacturers can produce expose smile, dress comfortably at ease. Yumejen transition into the tour factory, is the best product publicity and good interactive garden, visitors will be able to experience not only the mother's hard work, but also to convey the good quality Yumeijen maternity is cut from the cloth these plans and transformation through ingenuity, have made me admire, very happy that through this interview, further understanding behind operators and staffs’ hard
