Project Overview

1. Description of Our Community

Chiayi City has six teachers spontaneity combined into teaching service team,efforts to promote science education, environmental education. Through hands-on activities and experiences so that learners acquire different skills and knowledge. To allow these teachers to carry forward the spirit and experience and sharing, we decided to show students the teachers questionnaire concept.

2. Summary of Our Project

Chiayi City has six teachers spontaneity combined into teaching service team,efforts to promote science education, environmental education. Through hands-on activities and experiences so that learners acquire different skills and knowledge. To allow these teachers to carry forward the spirit and experience and sharing, we decided to make use of newspapers and magazines, Chiayi City schools and other reporters at the scene reported that documents with individual interviews and participated in activities to show students the teachers questionnaire concept. Finally, the individual experiences to thank these teachers taught.

Our classroom is not connected to the internet.In offices and classrooms have computers connected to Internet.At home using a computer at home. At school we are using public computers at teacher's office to handle these works.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome

We considered a very lucky team, with a variety of art editing, computer design and site survey capabilities instructors who are willing to help us, so that the study is very smooth. Originally we were afraid to study how the information collected and how to analyze and write, but fortunately we have chosen the theme of the study, teachers often Disturb the composition of the team carrying out teaching and research, so the time to spend with the teachers learned how to solve the problem .

5. Our Project Sound Bite

It was originally thought that as long as the country in the period of the class can learn to concentrate, which had been thought of what is creativity? What is science? The original inventor is not to become a distant dream, as long as the planning time coupled with enthusiastic instructor, the learning is not difficult. 6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

The case studies need to personally participate in a wide range of teaching activities six teachers plus three instructors can learn more about self-guidance and development potential, you can learn to appreciate science and technology, performance and innovation, and to apply what they have learned in the current life. Team formed to discuss the full expression of meetings between members communicate with each other, sharing and respect, caring and cooperation. The research process through the planning, organization and practices and the use of technology and information to achieve the active exploration and research, the use of mathematics to assist in the description and presentation of data.

Project Elements

1) What information tools & technologies did you used to complete your CyberFair project?

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

In particular, the accident also receive on-site production of toys as gifts when Lin's visit, when school students are scrambling to get back to play, I feel a sense of accomplishment.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

Due to 'Disturb team,' the teachers use a wide range of holiday design teaching activities, through our website description, so that more people need to know that there are many teachers use holiday silence to pay, just to let the children have a better community learning and the ability to solve problems themselves, and these teachers are on their teaching experiences to share with everyone on the network. Especially when there is a demand on the teacher or the students to carry out the teaching of creation science or study of these teachers will go to a web page or reference works, we hope that the future can follow them into the community dedicated teacher pay spirit.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

We also happen to participate in such an interesting start teaching activities, but also know that these teachers have to pay for so long in silence, just through this study make a lot of students can participate in activities because these activities allow us to participate in learning attitudes, skills and knowledge growth has significantly increased.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

Originally we not know much about science, we do not know the importance of environmental protection have even have. Participate in this research experience teaching style of the teacher, so did he realize the original ecology and environmental science on our side, hand picked items can be handled by simply showing their importance.
