We take the website design textbook as reference and ask teacher to teach us the difficult parts. 2. Information: Some historical information is so old that we cannot find it. The only way we can do is interviewing persons involved and record it in oral way. 3. Interview: We don’t have enough time to do it because we have too many people and questions to interview. We schedule who will take in charge of the interview by allocation way. 4. Team: (1)It’s hard to gather everyone together due to the time different. We discuss in the chat room by internet. (2) In the group, some of team members are not in the situation, don’t have positive attitude, work not hard enough and works carelessly. After discuss with her, if she still doesn’t improve, we will suspend her after the election. 5. Time: We don’t have enough time for we only can discuss, and do the interview and website design after school or during the holiday. To do it effectively, we have to plan and assign the work before ahead.

Ceremonial team is not just a team or performance but a symbol of honor and the memory team members share together as well as recognized the beauty of working hard. Moreover, we interviewed many figures to obtain the information related to ceremonial team. We furthermore took the internet information as a reference search the relative history of Ceremonial team in the Yongchun Primary School to show rich and correct website information and present our sincere feeling toward ceremonial team; however, we had some troubles in the research process so we ask instructors to teach us in the technical part. In addition, we also lent the school classroom to do the discussion and interviewed people related to ceremonial team to get more pictures and historical information of ceremonial team. We wanted to give complete information in our website so we searched for more information and recorded them by photos in School History Room. During the holidays, the research members would upload the information or do the discussion by the internet or by phone and expected that we can present the things we wanted to share about the ceremonial team in clear and simple way by those tools.

2) In what ways did you act as "ambassadors" and spokespersons for your CyberFair project both on-line and in person.

Yongchun Primary School is the only school that has a Young Lion Ceremonial Team so this school is not a typical school in Taiwan or in Taipei but a honor and symbol for Yongchun. For the sake of gathering more relative information in ceremonial team, we at first organized the interview time, place and people we want to interview and then carried out our interview. In fact, we spent most of our time doing the interview in the cyber-interchange fair. We found out it’s not an easy job to organize the interview schedule other than negotiated many questions. People we had interviewed so far are principle, director, a group commander, captain, the 51th group commander, the 6-grade teachers and ceremonial instructor, Zhui-Mei Wang, etc. All the teachers, senior sister, students we interviewed gave us many suggestions and guideline, especially the principle, he said during the interview, “ The value the meaning of ceremonial team as Yongchun are a symbol and honor and a glory in history. The uniform is a totem indicates the impression girls in different semesters share together and are full of story and energy in their memories.” The words provide the power and gradually help us understand the ceremonial team.

3) What has been the impact of your project on your community?

Our thematic research project not only helps people know more about the ceremonial team in the Yongchun Primary School but give people who are already familiar with them to comprehend their precious spirit and the meaning of existing and let the proud and history of Yongchun can pass on. Most of the introduction of ceremonial team in Yonghcun Primary School we found in the internet is focus on their performance. Our research project is attempted to investigate the spirit, value and meaning of ceremonial team and experienced its faith of insistence and inheritance in this activity. We hope that after read our website, people are able to know more about ceremonial team and comprehend how precious it is and compile the glory history of the effect girls and instructors in different semesters they had put in to many energetic stories and show their sparkles as well as know the beautiful Yongchun campus and this outstanding ceremonial team in different angles. Meanwhile, because of this thematic project, we have a good relationship with the students and teachers in the Yongchun. As for Cyber-interchanged fair, it often encourages, gives us some suggestions and all kinds of histories related to Yongchun Primary School. For that reason, we gain a lot of knowledge by knowing other relevant information besides the job we need to do in the Cyber-interchanged Fair.

4) How did your project involve other members of your community as helpers and volunteers?

Human resources: Including current and the relevant personnel, from the past, from the principle, directors, teachers to senior sister and classmate, to approve and exam the core value of ceremonial team toward Yongchun Primary School by the profiles in different angels. Participants: ceremonial instructor, current commander and captain, the 51th commander, school teachers, principle, director, etc. Work Item: 1. Assist to the interview and photo shooting 2. Provide pictures and historical information 3. Give the suggestions People we had interviewed so far are principle, director, a group commander, captain, the 51th group commander, the 6-grade teachers and ceremonial instructor, Zhui-Mei Wang, etc. All the teachers, senior sister, students we interviewed gave us many suggestions and guideline.

5) Discoveries, Lessons and Surprises (Optional)

In the process of doing the research project, we realized the insistent spirit of ceremonial instructor. The reason is that though in her retirement, she still goes back to the school in each semester to train and help the ceremonial team pass on for decades on end. The Yongchun students and teachers are all esteemed her to the passions and devotion to the team.By the research project, we find that instead of the performance, we should focus on the spirit and value behind the team and the insistence and effort everyone shares with each other to create the honor Yongchun proud of. All this small stories is deserved for us to think of and comprehend them. In the process of doing the research project, we have learned about the team spirit, known the importance of teamwork. The work will be done quickly once we help with each other. Even through it is our first time to join this activity, the team members devoted themselves to do the cyber-interchanged fair, become mature and know more about how to go with people and the concept of insistence. This is so important and precious for us and will be an unforgettable graduation gift for us as well.
