4. Problems We Had To Overcome

(A)Time is not enough: We are a group of 8 people and each person has their own business. We need to make a good use of time very well. Our teachers help us a lot. They provide abundant information and contact people. We therefore can finish our mission on time. (B)We can't do together at the same time : While some group members are very busy on their academic and school clubs, the other members are willing to cover the rest jobs. The team has high efficiency. (C)data is not easy to collect: Although issues about organic agriculture are very popular, it is not easy to find the useful information high related to our topic. (D) file capacity is too large: Since we collect a large amount of information (i.e. videos and photos), we spend lots of time to compress files. Unfortunately, the quality is not good; we can only type the subtitles making sure that everyone can understand the contents.

5. Our Project Sound Bite

We learn a lot from this project. We know how hard to grow things without using pesticides. The farmers perseverance and determination touches us. We find that the farmers are brave to face challenge and keen to find out the answers. This impresses us so much.

6. How did your activities and research for this CyberFair Project support standards, required coursework and curriculum standards?

1.to promote organic food: To show that we love land, we promote growing withoug pesticides. 2.changes in agriculture: Organic food WAS popular before, but farmers use chemical fertilizers in order to increase agricultural productivity. We now realize that this do harm on our health and are willing to embrace organic food again. However, organic food takes time and money; this explains why most farmers grow with chemical agricultural products. 3.questionnaire interviews: (1) on the questionnaire, students in Ganyuan do a survey to understand the ecology of the Citrus Park, the questionnaire led to environmental pollution incident, and found that the factory emissions and sewage, causing pollution of the environment we live become more and more serious, the same time we also 'the concept of organic agriculture, to convey to each person to know, let us care for the community of Citrus Park, more love Earth. (2) on the interviews, in addition to inviting our principal, directors, Chairman Mr.Jhon-Chi Lin and local farming residents Ms.Wang Huan visitors and places to visit in this topic, not only let the Citrus Park area people to understand that we live in ecological gradually changing, but also to the whole school to know the importance of organic agriculture, as long as the efforts on sustainable development of organic agriculture.
