Secondly, we arrange an interview with Mr. Chen Guei-wun to have better knowledge of the whole process of his business transformation and his planning for the future development. Then, as real participants, we visit Baba Tunnel and observe with a tourist viewpoint, trying to acquire the real-time experiences. And finally, we conduct a questionnaire survey to gather information of tourists’ satisfaction and suggestions.
