When he grew up, he became a person who gives his blessings to others. He cared for the young students in their township, spread out their local culture. Maybe the experience of Papa Chu is not as great as some famous people on television shows, but he is beside us, and have always practiced voluntary work. He is a model that is near us, and one we can learn from. This project research is will be progressed by interviewing Papa Chu in near distance. Besides understanding how he progresses in adverse conditions, and how turns his gratitude to a greater love; what is most important, is that we hope to build the concept of feedback, benefit, and great love from understanding the experience of Papa Chu.

4. Problems We Had To Overcome
1)Personnel Gathering and Time Arrangement:The school courses have a stable time schedule, and there are no empty time sessions to use. After school, everybody has their own day care classes to take. It is hard to gather everybody. Therefore we can only use lunch breaks and holidays to gather and discuss the structure of the topic, outline of the interview, and to carry out the interview. 2) Unfamiliarity of the Topic :Even though Papa Chu is the leader of the volunteer group of our school, and runs a glasses store on the street, and is a local figure that everybody knows. But when our teacher asked us what we actually know of Papa Chu , we can not utter out 10 sentences. However, our teacher comforted us that the meaning of research is to discover what he don't understand. And through the studying of information we gathered and the actual interview, we can gradually make out a story. 3)Interview techniques need more training:The topic of this research is a local figure, therefore giving a interview in person is a very important experience. Many information has to be obtained through the interview. But to tell the truth, we have no experiences on interview, and do not know what questions should be asked. Focusing on this difficulty, our teacher let us watch a film of a interview conducted by a television host. We discussed the technique and demeanor that needs to be paid attention to during the interview, then we carried out a simulation of the interview. After repeated practicing, when in formal interview, everybody can ask questions orderly, and record quickly as we conduct the interview.

This project is to introduce a local long-term volunteer. Even though he is not a very important person, but his vow and spirit for the local and students is a model that can be spread out. This can make students to more concretely know, and through the near distance interview, actually understand the concept of social service and character and behavior. The content of this topic not only helps everybody to understand the local culture and affairs, but also can be the reference data of character and life education.
